Photographer's Note
I snapped this tired old man on my way to the Fishriver Canyon. One of the most forlorn places on the planet with non-existent roads to match.
There wasn't a building in sight, let alone a Roadhouse!
It took us 8 hours to do 150km that day, a memorable day although it wasn't very enjoyable.

So I take it asking for extra sauce on my big mac is out of the question?
All joking a side, I like the black and white effect here. Great POV

Very interesting. Like the black-white films. Proper contrast. Thank you

Hallo Johanet
This old truck looks the way I feel sometimes at the end of a hard week!
Your choice of B&W for this image is very appropriate. It underpins the sense of age, forlorness that you're obviously trying to portray. The bright sunlight and harsh terrain adds to the ambience. Well captured.

Hello Johanet
What a fine atmosphere you've captured here. I really like the "they-moved-away-the-highway" feeling in this shot. Desolation, abandonment & simmering hope, still.
Thumbs up from me!
