[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
New photo on the red sands of Namibia, as for the previous post, was taken in the Namib Rand Natural Park.
In the coming days, I will post some other pictures of this place.
The sand is red because there is iron in it which was oxidized in the lonog time the sand taken to be blowned by the wind to reach this place at more than 300km from the sea shore. So the further you are from the sea, the more red are the sands.

Very good - the colours are excellent, the sharpness & DOF throughout the image is impresseive too. Nice composition with the crest of the sand-dune running diagonally across the frame.
