hello
hmmmmmm even though life in africa is really interesting, even the "dead" life, i'm afraid you haven't really been able to justify it.
this is a good enough photograph if you're collecting evidence for the zebra's murder :)
however as a photograph you really haven't been able to capture the life of africa with this carcass.
now imagine a photograph with this carcass lying , ummmmmmmmm say at the bottom right or the bottom left corner of the frame, and the rest of the frame is filled with the rest of the scenery, other zebras running around or maybe add the thompson's gazelle skipping around.. that ways you can capture the essence of life in africa in a much better way
take care :)

p.s. maybe you can try this when you goto work with lions :)
