Popa Falls - one of the smallest falls I've ever seen... :o) Popa Falls are situated in the north - eastern corner of Namibia.

after www.go2africa.com
The falls are really not much more than a set of rapids on the Okavango River created by a rocky ledge. They have a drop of about 4 metres and extend across the full width of the river and are best viewed during the dry season.

They are an important habitat for two rare fish species; broadhead catfish and ocellated spinyeel. On the south bank of the Okavango River is a restcamp in the diminutive Popa Game Park. Game viewing opportunities are scarce but the bird life is rich.
It is the ideal base from which to explore the Mahango Game Park, with over 450 species of birds recorded.

Andrzej,
This is a nice shot of this stream with it's whitewater. The lighting and colors are great with excellent sharpness and detail. The rocks add nice texture to the shot as well as giving us many more points of interest.
TFS,
Asa

Ciekawe, intrygujące kolory i kształty. Egzotyczne miejsce ładnie pokazane z dydaktyczną notką.
Podoba się.
Pozdrawiam!

Witaj,

wodospadzik rzeczywiście skromny, zarówno pod względem długości, jak i szerokości. Piękne kolory. Tylko niebo w tej Afryce mało niebieskie.

Pozdrawiam

Bonjour Andrzej,
Jolie compo avec des couleurs très naturelles.
Une belle scène d'Afrique super bien équilibrée.
Amitiés.

What a great contrast between this rapids and the Delta. You got an excellent definition on the running water. Well done.

Taki wodospadzik ze moge sobie poskakac nad nim, tylko skalki malo przyjazne, ale kolorytycznie interesujace. Wlasciwie wystarczylo by mi samo polezenie i posluchanie szumu wody..
Pozdrawiam

Hello Andrzej,
thank you very much for this nice and well captured shot, because since I visited this country, I was doubtful if I did well or not to have missed this place. The pov is well chosen and the perspective is very good. Great sharpness and perfect exposure. Well done, my friend!
Tfs and have a nice Sunday.
Attila
