...despite the good planning work in the cholera sector,the low water levels in the Inkomati river,no potable water,and poor sanitary conditions,makes that everyday we have new patients.
...well I've to say that other pathologies can be concomitant like this kid with a great tooth abscess.

Impressionante e revoltante!! Como é possível haver tanto despedício de água e comida nuns países e tanta falta noutros! Não consigo esconder a minha revolta ao ver e ler estes testemunhos que nos vai deixando.
