Hallo Jonas,

normalerweise besuche ich die Gallerie deines Bruders, diesmal schau ich bei dir vorbei.
ich war auch in Marokko und es war fuer mich eine fantatische Ueberraschung.
so viele farbe, kontraste, tradition und geschmaecke!

Ich mag dieses Bild...es ist ja wahnsinn, mitten in gebrannten roten Steine diese Gruene frische Flecken zu finden!

Jonas,
I do like the image with so much constrast between the desert and greenery. The dark stormy sky certainly bring out the landscape perfectly. Great sharpness and detail. composition is good. You are right that sometime the destination itself is not important but it is the experience along the way that leaves a longer lasting impression.

The lighting here in the Oasis with the changing of the colour in the sky looks real beautiful!

Mir ging es genauso,Ich fand die Anfahrt auch schöner als die Schlucht selbst.Ein schönes Bild mit dem Palmenwald zwischen dem rosa vorder-und hintergrund.Wie Dein Titel sagt:toller Kontrast.

Love the play of light here, especially between the lit up FG & the BG under the cloud shadow. It is the reddish soil which makes this so attractive. Love the layers especially the green belt in the centre. You were lucky with the light, but then it is you you created this beautiful picture. Good work!

I saw your series out of the desert, I found this fantastic.
Also this picture with the great contrast between the green oasis and the real desert colours are extraordinarily.

Olá Jonas, great view, excellent composition of the oasis, beautiful light. The tower on the corner is perfect. This kind of landscape has much to do to what I've seen in Egypt...
