This side of the mountains, the rain hasn't shown up for several years… It is a stone desert where the vegetation is very scarce.
Wadi means river. The wadis are generally dry. Sometimes you have to drive there with your jeep if you want to move around.

bonjour Marc
jolie prise de ce paysage si particulier, pas de pluie pendant des années, de la pierre, un endroit hostile à toute forme de vie... et ce n'est pas les deux nuages qui se battent en duel qui vont faire espérer quelques gouttes de vie
j'aurais bien vu un centimètre de ciel en plus, mais peut-être l'as-tu rogné volontairement

Goedenavond Marc,

Dit beeld toont bijna een maanlandschap, de uitgedroogde kleine rivieren leiden ons diep naar de achtergrond, waardoor de foto een grote diepte en goed perspectief heeft.
De kleuren zijn heel zacht en de blauwe hemel brengt enig soelaas mischien niet voor de mensen terplaatse.
