Photographer’s Note
Chefchaouen, a small town in the North of Morocco, in the Rif mountains, is very known for being the "blue city".
We discovered by chance one of the most beautiful streets of Chefchaouen, in the medina, everything was in blue, from the walls to the grounds, and even the flowerpots as you can see on the picture.
From all the cities I've visited since I arrived Chefchouaen is one of my favorite! I am sure it will become yours if you have the chance to visit it :)

Hello Emmie,
The feature I enjoy the most in this photo is the texture, and of course, the color of the wall. The color seems to be able to place ourselves into a dream world through its softness of hue...

Many memories back only looking your picture! My grandmother used to paint her house every summer, alone because she was widow more than 30 years. One year the house painted in white, pure one,and next year in blue ,and again and again!!I remember the signs of brush in those old walls.....like here!
I am melting in memories in this simple but deep blue !
Theank you very very much

Salut Emmie,
J'aime beaucoup cette composition toute bleue qui dégage une ambiance de quiétude. Un véritable tableau.
Je vois que tu profites de ton séjour au Maroc pour aller te balader dans les villes environnantes.
Amicalement, Brigitte
