Photographer’s Note
From Wikipedia:
Archeological research shows that Essaouira has been occupied since prehistorical times. The bay in front of Essaouira is almost closed by the large island of Mogador, making it a relatively peaceful harbour protected against the strong winds of the area.
The Medina of Essaouira is a UNESCO World Heritage Listed city, as an example of a late-18th century fortified town, as transferred to North Africa.
The fishing harbour, suffering from the competition of Agadir and Safi remains rather small, although the catches (sardines, conger eels) are surprisingly abundant due to the coastal upwelling generated by the powerful northeastern trade winds.

Hi Tatiana
Excellent composition with lots of colourful boats in the foreground and the well placed tower on the right. The bright colours contrast well and it's so funny seeing the red boat high up next to the cars. The birds give lots of atmosphere. Regards
Nikki
P.S. Your surname is a delicious Australian Desert named after Anna Pavlova :)

Hello Tatiana
This is a nice shot of the blue boats. This is pretty neat coincidence as I was in Essaouira one year ago to the day that you were. I really enjoyed it. Thank you bringing back good memory!

Hi Tatiana,
This is a funny view with all these identical boats, painted withnthe same colour. The background is also interesting thanks to the tower. I think it is a place I would like to visit.
Bye,
Yannick
