[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
A doorway in the souq of Marrakesh. If I learned one thing in Morocco it was that doors are not just an entrance or exit but also pieces of exquisite artwork. A place to show the wealth of a family, the devotion to Islam, the colors of centuries of history. Tilework is taken to another level in Morocco and doorways are one of the places to display it.
I found this doorway while wandering around the souq. One never knows what is around the next corner and just getting lost and finding pieces of art like this make it all worth it. I do know this is a mosque but I'm not going to take a guess as to which one because I'm really not sure. If anyone knows please let me know.

Thanks,
John

Hello John, the designs and patterns to be found in places like this never fail to amaze me.This is a sharp capture, and you have managed to make a symmetrical composition.
Well done, tfs, regards Jean.
