Photographer's Note

I was on my way to Ait Ben Haddou, and I was hoping to be on location at sunrise. But on that day, the weather had other plans for me.While driving there, I had noticed a tentacular gray cloud covering the horizon at that early hour, and understood that that would be no light at Ait Ben Haddou. So I decided to stop on the way climb a hill and search for a contre-jour picture behind a small mausoleum which I saw along the road ( Called Marabout in French ) The effect which reminded me a solar eclipse, lasted less than a minute. Because of the star created by the clouds I definitely preferred a symmetrical frame.
