Photographer's Note

In 1984 I took the family to Morocco in our camper. We made it all the way to Zagora south of the Atlas mountains. And that was the end of the road (with the famous sign 32 days to Timbouctou - by camel). At sunset our local teenage guide took us out to see the sand dunes, which should always be enjoyed at sunrise or sunset. This is the beginning of the endless Sahara. And all our three year old wanted to do was get his playthings out of the car and pass time in the biggest sandbox in the world. That moment has been on the wall in our hallway ever since.
I think it is a shot full of motion and emotion (the sand being thrown into the wind). But I don't seem to be able to transfer the impression from the print to the digital media via my scanner. Do I need Neatimage or what kind of touch-up is necessary to improve this kind of scanned image?
