This shot will complete the pictures of the previous contributors about the Villa Majorelle in Marakech.
The place is made of a fantastic garden and a beautiful house which belonged to of a french painter (Jacques Majorelle) between the 20's and 50's if I don't mistake.
Later on, the house was bought by the fashion designer Yves Saint-Laurent who retored it before offering it the the City of Marrakesh.
Today, that's a great place to spend the afternoon in the middle of the fantastic garden and the incredible blue tones of the buildings.
I guess I was not there at the right time because the place was already quite dark which made shooting quite difficult. I wish I was there sooner in the afternoon...

the blue is incredible, the house must be really special... I like the picture, it shows the entrance to the house in an interesting way, perspective is good. talking about details I'd think about cropping the bench on the right side.. but it is not neccesary, nice shot

Great shot. I like the dark blue color. The metal work in the window is great. I feel that the top part of the window is over exposed. Otherwise I like this picture very much.

Wonderful and colorful shot... I like the angle you chose. Well done !

Wow, fantastic, deep deep colors. The light on the wall and window looks really great. I like how the majority of the green comes from the plants. it feels like the creator of this place had that in mond when coloring the house so he didn't use much green.
Great shot of a fantastic place.

Very beautiful picture. I like the colours and it shows the other side of Morocco: the life and grandeur. The lighting exposed the intricacy of the window-pattern. Great shot!

Sujet ordinaire mais rendu tellement agréable à voir, les couleurs sont magnifiques, le jaune avec ce bleu me plait énormément. Belle réussite. Bravo.
Subject common but made so pleasant to see, colours are magnificent, the yellow with this blue pleases me enormously. Beautiful success. Bravo

Tricky light but very rich colours. this works well. I agree on a trim of th ebench, otherwise a good composition.

C'est rare que j'aime les photos avec un tel niveau de saturation, mais celle-là est très bien réussie. Lors de ma visite à Marrakech, je n'ai pas vu une scène si joyeuse...
Usually I don`t like such saturated colours, but this is an exception. I didn`t see anything so colourful when I was in Marrakech.

I have looked up "majorelle" to find all similar photos of such a beautiful place. This photo in particular is one of my favorites. I like it so much that I ignore that the yellow ironwrought window covering is so bright. You are fortunate that you can claim this as your photo. A useful note as well.
