Ait Mansour Gorge, Morocco.

I walked past this village last week. Initially I thought it was abandoned, but the reality was far different. These houses are occupied by many people. In Moroccan villages the houses last about 500years before crumbling and becoming beyond economic repair - so the occupants simply build a new one.
I think these houses must be 499yrs old?

Interesting place! And it does seem abandoned and yes the houses seem pretty old. Good photo thanks!
