Last day of our three days trip in the south of Morocco. A long day of ... driving ! We woke up early to see the sunrise on Merzouga dunes and then we have 560 kilometres and about 10 hours to drive to go back to Marrakech and have a last night there before going back to France. No need to say we didn't have time to visit a lot of places, just made short breaks for a few photos ... and mint tea ! Anyway the light was poor that day, hot temperature and quite overcast sky, so no regret !
Our route went through the N9 road from Agdz (gate of the beautiful Drâa valley) to Ouarzazate. It crosses mountains on the spectacular Tizi-n-Tinififft pass. It is 1,660 metres height, and it was very welcome to get some fresh air ! When you drive on this road, the landscape is so dry you guess there is very little rain there ! It is a desert of rocks crossed by spectacular canyons. I am not very satisfied with the photos I took there, the ight was very poor and the sun was high, so it is just a informative photo to show you this area of Morocco !

Même sous ce ciel peu favorable, l'endroit est quand même spectaculaire et beau.

This is pleasure to see these nice picture with the structure of the rocks.
The trip was maybe very difficult but very nice to do.
But you try to make a nice panoramic view.
A lovely picture with in background the fantastic nature.
Excellent composition, nice colours and perfect presentation.
Very well done, TFS.
Have a nice day,
