[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Taken in the old town of Marrakesh. Don’t ask me where as we were always getting lost and having to pay someone to get us out! Held the camera above my head to get a better perspective. It was the rays of smoke filled light and the apparent rushing of the people that I liked most of all. Also if you look all the mopeds have there mirrors facing in so they don’t clobber people when they ride past them.

Hello Mark,
A very good capture of this market; always good places for the photographer to explore and get lost ;-) Good point of view with great depth. Good strong colours and excellent sharpness throughout. A very lively scene well worth seeing.

Hi Mark,
Closed feeling of a shady bazaar well presented. It's good that you weren't there on the crowdest moment, less people shows more perspective. Less than two weeks ago I visited the old town of Tetouan on an travel agent day tour. Feeling of people, merchandise and daily life is the same, although alleys were even narrower there.

Hi Mark,

moroccan medinas (old town) are a real challenge for photographer. so many images to be shot, so many details to catch.

Hello Mark,
Very nice daily life scenery...The pov is very good to enjoy the perspective through the market.I like also how nice handled the light and that is a bonus for the atmosphere!

Greetings,
Thomas

A colourful marketplace as would be expected in Marrakesh. There is not much blurred movement considering you were shooting at 1/50th.
Well done Mark.
Phil

Hi Mark, a pleasure to see you post pictures from marrakesh souks, i do love the light here and the softness of details, the 1DMII does make the difference here and allowed you to trigger at 1/50 sec, well frame, yes this is a good one

Hi Mark, I see you have been there last year. Marrakesh, in my ear it sounds like a promisse. Nice and colourful scenery on your image. I like your POV. Best wishes, Nino

Salaam Mark,
Diese Souk atmosphere is superb, pity I visited it some years ago when memory was pricey, nice perspective you got with good handling of the light extremes, plenty of life going on there, and for sure everything to be had for "moins cher que gratuit mon ami" ;-)
Happy Easter JY
