[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
All souks of Marrakech are photogenic, but I believe that the carpet souk is somehow special, for the main reason, that the carpets form a colorful pattern and because they just hang around. Add colorful pedestrians, especially when they wear their traditional dresses, and the eventual picture may represent well the atmosphere of the place. But again, patience is a key factor.

excellent street scene izzet
love the exotic colors

Bonjour Izzet,
C'est assez impressionant la quantité d'objets que l'on peut trouver dans un souk. Et avec ça quelles varieté de couleurs ! Le choix pour se décider à acheter doit être très difficile et je ne parle même pas du marchandage.
Amicalement
Jean-Louis

Hi Izzet, beautiful souk. Just a shame there is no more light in the souks. All my souk pics were motion blurred. The colors are really nice. Cheers, Michael

Bonjour Izzet
Très beau cliché de ce marché plein de couleurs. Quelle profusion de tapis et d'étoffes. C'est une belle image de la vie quotidienne.
Merci pour le partage.
Amitiés
Nicole

Well Izzet I can see that your patience paid off nicely. The human element walking through really makes this photo special. Very nicely done!

Quelle explosion de couleurs ! J'aime beaucoup le cadrage. C'est comme un monde à part. J'aime beaucoup !

Extremely colorful scene, Izzet. The 3 persons in the foreground gives the whole picture an interesting dynamic.

Excellent shot! The colour in the market is overwhelming, with the rugs haning all over the place and even the clothing of the pedestrians adding to the scene. I see that the shutter speed was quite low - must have been dark in there, so it's lucky you can get away with a tripod. Great work!

Hi Izzet.
This is real a daily life. A good and interesting daily life rich of details (and also a good photo, of course).
Many times I've seen in TE how the people said that markets are a great place for learn about the world or the countries that we visit.
I see this photo and I began to understand.

Thanks for share.

Gorgeous colors indeed!
You are right, patience is an important key factor. I must remember it when I suddenly "fall in love" with a picture and I shot in a hurry to keep this strong sensation.

Dear Master,

Indeed full with color. I like visitors movement and their position on frame. Congratulations,

Best Regards,

Parbo

What a colorfulmarket, Izzet, and very rich colors. I like the way you included a great area of carpet, keeping a small area for the people. Excellent light and POV, and a wonderful result.

Hello Izzet

Superbe couleurs. Les personnages sont bien mis en valeur par ton cadrage.
Dommage cependant que les personnages ne soit pas très net.
