I like the atmosphere in this shot Clifton, although I think a slight change to the framing (or a crop) would improve it. It's just that I find that brightly lit area in the background a bit distracting - all we need here is the wall, the bikes, and the man.
Other than that I like it - interesting photo, with a dark and sombre mood (apart from that bright bit!).

An interesting composition with that one person and those bikes!
I'm wondering why you included the distant part to the left. Why didn't you move to the right to only have the table, the bikes and the one man contemplating? But an interesting catch!
