Excellent capture of time and place. The desert can be a challenging place to find the correct exposure.....you did it. Incredible colors! I am very envious of this shooting location.

but where is the road? *g* superb capture, love the red tones of the endless sand dunes and the blue
nomad as a wonderful contrast. i guess i would be nit-picking if i said i would have tried to clone
away the rope from this camel to the next. well done & welcome to TE, thor.

Yes, I concur with other critiquers -- a terrific photo! Welcome to TE!!

The overall effect of the composition and especially the colors are indeed nice. (The extra rope hanging out of the frame is a small problem.)

I especially like that you also have the fine details resolved, such as the sand lifted under the step of the man and the texture of the fur on the camel's neck.
