Have no idea how many "Into the Dunes" photos have been uploaded so far, but this is for me a dream coming true: camel ride in Merzouga Dunes (Erg Chebbi to be exact) and sharing a photo from there.
April sun did not burn at all and further, it is 5 PM, therefore quite mild: 20degC or so. What was most difficult is riding a camel for a couple of hours, which makes you really feel sore at your bottoms.

I know you were looking forward to going to Morocco, and it's obvious to see why. This is a beautiful piece of work. The deliberate tilt works well, and the dominant orange colours are thrown into relief by the blue-dressed camel-leader. Great stuff.

It doesn't matter how many Dunes photos we have seen here on TE, but yours is certainly one of the best ones. Superb framing, great play of shadows and the camel leader in his bright blue dress adds a great splash of color. Truly a great composition indeed.
have a good evening

Capturing the shadows in the foreground was a really brilliant idea of this great composition. The visual effect is superb and I like it a lot. Very well done with a fantastic sense of depth.

Your diagonal shadows are very specially, also the animals care for a nice shadow.
I like the silhouettes of the animals, a little bit spooky.
We get a lovely view on these desert.
Excellent presentation, TFS.
Have a nice day,
