Photographer’s Note

Hi dear TE friends,

this is the 6th and (for a moment) last picture of my Morocco series.

I've taken it in a Medina in Agadir, It's a hurry stolen snap photo but I love the result and it's my favorite of the series, I hope you like it too.

PS: these six photo have been published in a calendar called "COLORS OF MOROCCO" for a travel agency, I have made also the design of it (it's my job) and I'm really glad and proud of the final result.

a riot of colour! I can't help feeling that you could make this even more vibrant...that you've made it a little soft :) I think an even further crop would be nice here.. perhaps cropping off the left side. Rgds, Leilani

Hi Fabio,
Very colourful like Moroccan market always seems to be. But as this sells fabrics it's all women on the scene. Quite intense shopping ambience. Those vertical poles on the left make an exception to colourful and soft scene, but that's just a minor detail.

davvero bella anche questa, l'espressione delle donne è otttima ma anche la composizione della scena è fatta sapientemente: tutto è retto da un segno diagonale che parte da destra in basso dalla schiena della donna con la veste azzurra.

Aspettiamo le prossime, visto che per ora ti fermi con il Marocco!

A real street life shot which also shows the colours & activities of the country. I like the candid nature of the shot & the fact that it's so real. Congratulations for the publication of the calender with your pictures...definitely something to feel proud of.

Eccolo il lepre... ci hai fatto vedere le migliori scelte per un calendario, e bravo il nostro grafico :)
Questo non toglie che le foto sono belle, naturalmente, e quindi complimenti anche alla foto di novembre e dicembre.

Hi Fabio. Upon first impression the most winning aspect is the lady's leaning shape inside the frame. It catches the attention and is in stark contrast to the plethora of colors in the balance inside the frame. Nice work...with excellent viewing!

Sometimes when I critique I comment that a photograph is a "quintessential travel photograph" and your photo is in this category, in my opinion. I love the natural and relaxed state of these Moroccan women who are busy shopping and trying to keep the everday family affairs in order, yet they still find the time to socialize. A lovely composition which does a beautiful job of capturing the intimate details of the evryday life in Morocco. Also, congratulations on having your photos published! Excellent work!

Un'istantanea coi fiocchi. Adoro i ritratti ambientati e soprattutto quelli in cui nessuno guarda nell'obiettivo, come in questo caso. Non è cosa di poca importanza, perchè l'immagine acquista enormemente in naturalezza.
