Snapshot / candid photo.
Fes. The butcher.
Note: No photo! In Morocco people to photograph is an adventure. Usually the fast snapshot is the best decision.

A good off the cuff picture of this butcher at work. Excellent point of view to show us the butcher and his wares in great detail.

Excellent Wolfgang. Not exactly appetizing, but an interesting insight into daily life, far away from the usual postcards. You managed an interesting composition even in a hurry, with that meat in the foreground and the attitude of the butcher is hmmm...is he scratching his beard with some instrument ? :), and he looks bored... Well done!

Totally fascinated by the subject but would be unable to face it myself, being a vegetarian... The very natural pose of the butcher is excellent, he certainly was not aware of you !
IMO the colour version has much more impact...
Compliments and best regards,

Well composed for a snapshot. I guess he is taking a break and scratching his chin with some kind of utensil. And interesting comment about photo. I will go to Morocco at end of December, and need to prepare for how to take pictures :-)
