Photographer’s Note
Chefchaouen was founded in 1471 by the Idrissid descendants of the Prophet Mohammed. The town is known for its steep narrow streets with white and indigo lime washed buildings and houses with decorated doorways and red tile roofs. In some parts of Chefchaouen's Medina and Quarter Al-Andalus, even the streets are blue...
Some say the color blue is used to keep the mosquitoes away... Others say it is used to keep evil spirits away.

Hi Michael,
Great shot and good colors.
But ... where is it? What is it? You should say few words about the location.
Cheers.

Hi Michael,
Yes the cooling blue streets of Chefchaouen are simply lovely and the whole town I found had a great realaxed atmosphere. Nice view looking up this street, like the details with the windows an dthe lamp.
