Photographer’s Note
The town of Chefchaouen (or Chauen in Spanish) is in northern Morocco, in the Rif mountains. This is a very touristic town, and this is due mainly to its reputation of being on of the main selling points for "chocolate" (local Spanish name for hashish) in the world :-)
Despite all this, it is a really picturesque town, with freshly-whitewashed houses in the nicely sloping medina.
The picture was taken from one of the towers of the "kasbah", the fortress on the town's main square.
