Hi dear TE friends,
this is my 5th picture of "Morocco series" (3rd in Rabat),
I've taken 2 photo of this man, the first one was much mor close-up, 'cause I have been attracted from his tired look and the time-signs on his face, but while I took the first photo I have thought about portrait, ...this man isn't just a face, he is an Artisan, he is proud of his products, of his little shop, ..and I have thought as all these things are part of his life, of his personality, an so I've decided to try to show this with a wider view,

You are absolutely right about this old man's art and his products, they both deserve to be presented here.
I like your composition with blue framing and figure standing at right corner of photo. Good idea, good photo

effettivamente l'espressione stanca dell'artigiano é il punto focale dell'immagine - già da sola varrebbe una foto. tuttavia la composizione intorno ad essa é buona...l'occhio passa dal viso alla creazione ed i colori della pelle sono ben incorniciati dal blu delle pareti

Hai ragione, è proprio simpatico! e poi ben colorato, incorniciato di blu e con quella bella scarpina rossa in mano.
Il Marocco deve essere uno di quei posti benedetti dai fotografi, perchè si trovano colori e personaggi fantastici.
Tu poi sei bravissimo, quindi il risultato è ottimo

Very interesting shot of this candid pose. Colors of blue windows make the frame nicely for your composition. A bit dark at top right but overall it is a nice photo.

Olá Fabio, I don't know the closer version, but this blue framing is delicious. I would like to see a bit more of blue at the bottom, but I don't know if that was possible. Anyway, it's great to see the colorful mess contained inside the blue box. I guess that the client that was going to buy the orange shoe is gone... ;-)

Wonderful daily life image of the shoe seller. I love the blue frame as a result of the shop doors and the colourful array of shoes for sale. Good catch of the man as he looks out. You should put the closer portrait in the WS, unless you plan to post it another day. Well done

L'uomo ha il viso classico dello stereotipo del commerciante marocchino, inconfondibile... bella foto con ottimi contrasti di colore e lui che buca la foto con il suo sorriso, complimenti Fabio.

belle photo de cet homme qui est pret a vendre des chaussures, des babouches et je suis sur que si vous voulez autre chose, il a un cousin ou un frère qui a ce que vous désirez.

A close up of his face would have made an interesting portrait as you suggested but how you represented him here with his work is very interesting with the contrast of the blue woodwork.

What I like about this image besides the clarity in deep colors is the fact that the image tells a stoty about the man, though he is a stranger, the image says so much about him that you feel a familiarity with him. Excellent capture,

Beautiful shot. The window forms a natural framing, and also the different coloured shoes along with the rich bluw window look great.
