Photographer’s Note

A photo for lovers of daily life shots.
This man was working with wool weaving a woollen blanket of style typical in Meknes. As you can see the surroundings are very basic and the loom also uses very basic materials in its construction. The important thing is that high quality products are produced on simple equipment.
The light wasn't good so I took the photo using ISO 1600, fortunately without getting too much noise.

Hello Ian,
I have an attraction for the mechanics which effectively fulfills their function with the simplest possible means, most elementary. This weaving loom is for me like the windmills or the water mills. It should be the concern for all the engineers, always to make simpler. Excellent interesting and tempting image. Cheer.
