In Souks from Fes, one can meet an incredible variety of craftman's trades focused on wood, metals, glass, wool, etc...
I met this old man in a tiny shop in the charming Fes medina. I guess he didn't speak French since we could not communicate. I spent few minutes looking at him working on this beautiful carved cone. After some time, I asked permission to take some shots and he smiled kindly still focused on his work.

Good photo depicting a craftsman at work with his trade. The rustic surroundings dramatize the poverty stricken conditions of the environment not seen in many western world locations. The lighting and color are perfect.

une belle photo de cet artisan marocain et son oeuvre d'art,n'ayons pas peur des mots.
surtout quand on voit dansquelles conditions ces perles sont réalisées.

Love the tones, the expressions and the feel in this picture..the sepia tones make it seem like a picture frozen in time. The objects in the background add to the story..only I wished you had taken just a bit more on the top to show more of the atmosphere..a lower POV also might have been interesting.
Really enjoyed this shot
Thanks for sharing
