At the heart of the Medina of FEZ is a really beautiful place, full of color.It's the tanneries.
A tannery, is a place where the skins of animals are treated chemically and for the production of leather mechanically. I welcome these men who work here under very difficult conditions. There is the smell, heat and chemicals.
