The Hassan II Mosque (arabic: مسجد الحسن الثاني ) in Casablanca is one of the largest in the world.
It's minaret is 210 metres tall. That means it is so far the tallest minaret in the world and the tallest religious structure in the world das derzeit. The mosque was scheduled to be ready for King Hassan II's 60th birthday in 1989. The mosque was completed and inaugurated in 1993.
This man in traditional moroccan garment is posing for his friend in front of one of the huge gates of the prayer hall.

Nicely done, Roland...
The intricate patterns on the gate give lots of good detail to explore, very good light and exposure, sharpness. I very much like the contrast in the plainness of his hat and garment in contrast to the intricacy of the door carvings and the sense of scale a human provides. Well done. Many thanks and kindest wishes,

Two cameras are better than one! Love your sneaky one! caught him in action as he was fully engrossed posing for the shot but totally unaware when your lens was put into action stealing the precious moment. His look draws attention sharp in focus and good placement and strikingly stands out against the beautiful dark door. Nice candid shot of street people photography, Congrats
