Photographer’s Note
We had a green Christmas this year, snow only came one day late. The Rivière des Prairies by the parc de la Visitation has just started to freeze at the surface creating a spot for some gulls to sunbathe. In the background is a dam for Hydro Quebec.
PS As you must have realized I made a mistake with the country, this obviously is not Mauritius. Since I cannot upload another picture today I will do the correction tomorrow.
