Picture shot in the west coast of Mauritius.Using the high ISO available on the D3 a shutter speed of 1/1600 sec was enough to frexe the movement of the boat.

Hello Christian,

This is sensational sunset shot, with the silhouette of the man, steering his boat with a slender pole, and his dog peering presumably at the photographer. I had a student from Mauritius who used to tell me about the great sunsets there. I had a stroll through your gallery, and I can see that you do indeed get extraordinarily beautiful lighting conditions. With a first class camera, you are also able to capture them.
