Like I said earlier, this is a stunner, Shail. The placement of the shadowy figures from right to center is very powerful and effective, and what colors there are, from the reddish sand to the green sea and the blue sky,is great.
Maybe posting in the Africa section is a bit of a disadvantage in terms of people seeing the shot (not fait, of course...)
Cheers,
Francis

Great shot Shailendra....Like the better than your previous shot, the color of the sky is very impressive, how do you meter for this kind of shots?

nice.. one of your good shots i think.. its a good composition overall, but if i were you i would keep the guy above the horizon line..(so,i would kneel down a bit.. ;) for me, somehow doesnt work in a 'half' way..

Still i like it though, cheers.

If it were only shown as a standalone, I'm sure there would be something to do with BW as the major interest in this photo relies not on the colors like the previous but rather on the shapes and contrast. But of course, displayed as a whole it'll stay in RGB.

Perhaps it needs little more "closure" on the right hand side as the sun hits hard on this part. I wonder about displaying it in pano format and cropping the whole, or part, of the sandy area for pure aesthetics sake.
