Photographer’s Note
The harbour of Nouakchott captured against the sunligth with some sand of the Sahara in the air.
On our cruise around West Africa we planned a stop at Nouakchott. Nouakchott has only one quay and it was blocked by a container ship. After waiting for some hours the container ships starts to move away from the quay and just in this moment in the machine had a crash. After some calls with the captain we see that we hadn't any chance to enter the port on this day. So we continue our travel to the north to West-Sahara.

Hello Achim,
A POV well selected and a large POV give a great depht to this shot. Plesant play of light in the sea. The silhouets of the machine in the BG give a beautiful graphic effect.
Have a nice evening,
Roger

Bonsoir, cher ami Achim,

Regards.
Daniel.

Hi Achim,
misty atmosphere a bit. An interesting glance on the harbour. Another nice remembrance from Your African journey. Good shot.
