An image with lots of potential, but unfortunately not realised on this occasion. The colours in the headgear and clothing is great, but the face is almost entirely lost in shadow and there is a lot of distraction with the vehicle in the background. I'm also intrigued by whatever it is the man is carrying, but can't see enough to determine what it is.
Good attempt from what I suspect is very much a 'snatched' shot.
Very nice colors and light. The face is sharp.
Some details distract the attention as the background (will be better unfocus/blur) and the closed space on the left side.
Try to add a note too...
