This picture is not very good in delivery but has makings of good composition. The coulurs are too bright and the focus is not very clear. There is a a lot of noise in the sky section which leads me to believe the camera was not set properly for this photograph. slo th ehorizon is not level it is slanted. This can be edited to straighten it up
