The Moslem festival of the Ramadan takes place on January 21, 2005. For one month, Bamako has been invaded thousands of rams, ewe and sheep which will be sacrificed the feastday. The sold animals, which can remain with difficulty in the modern houses of Bamako, are kept until the festival by désoeuvrés and descolarized children

La fête musulmane du ramadan a lieu le 21 Janvier 2005. Depuis un mois, Bamako est envahie de milliers de béliers, brebis et moutons qui seront sacrifiés le jour de la fête. Les bêtes vendues, qui peuvent difficilement rester dans les maisons modernes de Bamako, sont gardées jusqu’à la fête par des enfants désoeuvrés et déscolarisés

Excellent. I really love your way of capturing your subjects... they connect totally with you, with the camera. Colours are nice too, a little washed-out looking in a way that makes me feel the air in this place.

Nice capture for the feeling of the boy. In my opinion, you may crop the left part to make this picture stand out more.

This is a good , very good picure. Just reflects the emotions. But, as far as I remember, the festival took place on Jan.21 is not Ramadan, it's Feast of Sacrifice which is about 3 months later than Ramadan.
