Photographer’s Note
The water distribution system at Ranomafana is in a sad state. There was a well built public tap stand here, now there is only a pipe emerging from the ground, always flowing... No doubt this means some other tap stand has no water - such is the fate of water networks no one cares for.
I found the play of the shadows cast by a palm tree interesting.
