I have always found there is a great deal of dignity in the way many African women walk.

It is perhaps linked to the way the carrying of loads on the head forces one to stand straight...

This woman was on the way to Ranomafana, I found she also had that dignity in her walk!

Salut Mathieu,

Tu as raison, le port de charges sur la tete nécessite de se tenir droit mais je crois (aussi) que les africains ont une "conscience" innée de leur corps et qui leur confére ce coté altier; ça se vérifie aussi dans leur façon de se tenir, de danser etc...
Belle photo qui te ressemble.
