Photographer's Note
The area of Andringitra is a real Paradise for people who likes to hike, walk and climb.
On the background of the village there is the imposing wall of Tsaranoro also called the "Yosemite of Africa".
Andringitra National Park
The Andringitra National Park is in the Fianarantsoa Province of Madagascar, 47 km south of Ambalavao. Approximately 140km of the Tropic of Capricorn crosses the park.
The park was established in 1999 and is managed by the Madagascar National Parks Association. It is known for its rough terrain, which includes the mountain peak Ivohibe at 2658 m, as well as deep valleys and ridges. It is also one of the most biologically diverse and endemic places in all of Madagascar; over 100 different species of birds, over 50 species of mammals, and 55 species of frogs are known to inhabit the park.

Hello Luca!
There is so little I know about Madagascar. I am really happy that you post photos from there. A picture in the true spirit of TE.

Hi Luca!
They have houses floating in the air, in Madagascar? :) That's the first time I see that! Very very strange. It seems there is an earthquake and that the stones are rolling down the slope. Although I guess it is simply some vegetables out to dry? The colors are lovely but the scene is really intriguing. Please, can you tell more about that?

Ciao Luca,

CiaO lucas ,
Excellent view of these typical little huts with an original FG and a beautiful mountainious BG. It is interesting to see how the tilt works well here .

beautiful colours and POV Luca, best be a fascinating place to be. I am also intrigued by the floating house. I wonder why you opt for a tilt here?
