A young woman is washing pots and pans using as little water as possible drawn from the water holes dug in the empty river's bed. They may be about to be used to feed the festival goers attending Rebeke 2008!
(aluminium pots and pans, no doubt smelted in Ambatolampy from recycled aluminium...)
