I was at this years Rebeke festival at Tsihombe in the deep south of Madagascar.

The Rebeke festival is a music festival dedicated to the styles of Southern Madagascar. It is a wonderful event situated in a hard to access small town of the Androy region.

I took many photographs, but using a compact camera without a flash and from a distance the quality of the photographs I took is unequal to say the least!

This photograph is of a women's singing a capella to the rythm of their feet.
