Sure atmosphere on this railway. Manakara-Fianarantsoa. Thrilling atmosphere. Imagine, there is people who goes down the wagon, who go into the wagon, who finds his family, who walks some minutes during the stop, who buys bananas, eggs, fritters to eat, who comes to see the train of the day, who plays during the recreation, and there is the photograph!
And when there are 3 minutes of stop, it’s more 30 minutes!!!
30 minutes of good luck!
What a blessing!!!!
9 hours for 170 kms, it’s nothing!!!!

I like your choice of shallow DOF, it gives more depth to the picture. Good composition and vivid colours of the clothes.

Hi Daniel,
Interesting to look at all the action next to this old train while it stops. A scene full of life. Not a place to be in a hurry.

Bonjour Daniel,
J'aime assez cette scene si vivante et bien capturee d'un point de vue technique. Un seul regret - qu'il n'ait pas de focus sur une personne principale - cependant le "fond" est tres bon.
