Photographer’s Note

Rural life in a small Malagasy village. Like everywhere in Madagascar, these children are having a laugh when two strange white people ("Vazaha's") come to visit their village.

The picture is not the best quality. It was cropped from a larger image. It was a bit blurry so i sharpened it, with that, unfortunately, adding some noise to the photo. Also visible is some purple fringing in the top left part.

Nevertheless i think it worthy sharing this photo because it gives a good impression of the happy, peaceful Malagasy pace.

I'd be happy to hear any recommendations to improve the quality!

this is a superb shot! The colours are wonderful...and there are so many of them in the picture! The smiling children put the cherry on the cake! well done!

Hi Dylan,
This is a super photo that certainly deserves more points... Saw it on the main page of TE today, as a "featured photo" ; love this kind of rural setting,
(don't know what to add about the quality, appart that the background is a bit too clear, but never mind...)
