In desert there is not always sand dunes, in fact main of the time it is Reg, desert of stones as on this photo.

Pour changer un peu des photos habituelles du desert qui montrent de belles dunes, une photo de Reg, les deserts de pierres qui sont en fait majoritaires.

A well executed and indeed more unusual and interesting desert view. Well choosen high horizon asnd great depth to show teh fine structure of the stony ground as well as the overall landscape.

En voyant tes nombreuses et belles photo de désert, je me rend compte que ce genre de paysage se photographie de manière similaire aux paysages de neige.
Celle-ci met cette ressemblance en évidence je trouve.
L'avant-plan est superbe.

Bonsoir Yves,
on fait un chassé croisé, je viens de poster une dune mauritanienne.
Les déserts de terre et de pierres sont beaux aussi.
Ta composition marche particulièrement bien avec ces pierres à plat au 1er plan et celles dressées au fond de l'image. Et il y a suffisamment de place donnée à la terre pour en apprécier la texture. le tout sous une belle lumière.

Une superbe composition avec une très belle exploitation du premier plan qui donne une belle assise à l'ensemble, de très jolies teintes et un excellent rendu des textures, bravo à toi j'adore!

les photos de deserts me fascine et celle ci fait partie du lot, les détails sont bien presents sur le premier plan et les formes du fond me font penser a des monstres préhistoriques qui attendent patiemment le repas du jour....

What wide angle POV, it feel like I'm looking down at the ground and still able to see the distant landscape, this is not two image stitch together? Excellent DoF, good sharpness both near and far. the distant gives us an over impression of the area, and the close up gives us details and texture of the rock and sand intermixing. Really excellent, my complements. Thanks

Cette photo me replonge dans mes souvenirs de l'Akakous, en mars 2006.
J'aime beaucoup la composition, avec ce premier plan très présent, bien occupé par ces rochers judicieusement placés. L'oeil est ensuite guidé vers les roches du fond, aux formes tourmentées avant d'aboutir sur ce joli ciel.
