Day VII

Almost the end of the trek.

We spent the day in cars to come back to Ghat, the main city in the area.

For the last camp, we stopped along these incredible moutains, which were looking like cut ones, on kilometers... As usual, it was perfect : the moutains were right in the sunset. The last show...

Interesting frame you've chosen here to exaggerate the length of the landscape. The colour contrast is striking with the land, rocks and sky all distinctive. A good division of the shot into thirds which works well here. The large version has great impact too. Good work

Excellent capture you have shared here. I would say that this photo needs a bit sharpening (for my tastes) ... but the colours and the scene that you have captured here are absolutely stunning

Je trouve ces montagnes impressionnantes, surtout les différentes "couches". Est-ce que tu as des informations sur la façon dont elles ont été formées ?
Les couleurs sont vraiment embellies par le coucher de soleil.
Je regrette que ce trek "virtuel" touche à sa fin...

salut stephane, les couleurs sont super saturées, grace au coucher de soleil, le panorama est toujours aussi magnifique, le format panoramique va bien sur cette photo.

Il est immense ce paysage Stéphane ! C'est très bien vu d'avoir fait une version large. En tout cas, je te remercie de cette visite que tu nous a offert à travers tes photos de Lybie. C'est plutot sympa cette façon de voyager. Sur cette photo, je trouve la netteté excellente et j'aurai aimé savoir combien de photos tu as assemblé pour avoir ce résultat.

Bon soir Stephane, Again I love the different red tones here and the craggy mountain ridge strikes a strong pose. The pano format together with the almost empty foreground makes this is a nicely minimalistic landscape graphism.

The different layers of tones and textures are like the lines of a poetry - very rhythmic, harmonic and pleasant to view at. The panoramic format is interesting as it lets us know that it stretches far and wide. It must be an experience to be there and in a way I have enjoyed the desert too. Well done!! Best regards.

A well composed panorama shot. The brown and beige tones of the desert are displayed in very fine ambient light here. The layered sky provides an interesting colour contrast. I also like the horizontal striations visible on the cliffs. Very well captured, Stephane.
