Photographer’s Note
Berber House in the old town of Ghadamis. This building is one of restored houses. The interesting architecture and the white colours were an eyecatcher for me and I was surprises how cool it was inside (in the WS a view from the top of the building)

It looks really beautiful. The white walls are very good and they make a great contrast with the blue sky. Well done.

Hallo Achim,
Lieben Gruss, Ulf

Wonderful shot! This is so sharp and lifelike, probably because of the huge contrast between the white building and the deep blue of the sky. I like the inclusion of the people too, because of the scale and context that they bring to this. Excellent work!

Hi, Achim. The first thing that strikes me here is the contrast between the white house and the ocre ones on the right. The visitors give the scale of the building and add some contrast too. The light is wonderful and the blue sky allows the house to stand out very well.

Bonsoir, mon ami Achim,

Hi Achim,
This may be one of the touristy spots but shows what a typical and traditional Libyan house must look like. Excellent contrast between the white of the house and the blue sky.

You taken a very interesting architecture here well capture too, the white walls are very good and they make a great contrast with the blue sky, I like the inclusion of the people too, because of the scale and context that they bring to this.

Pretty challenging light conditions with such harsh sunlight and a complete white building. The people placed around give a nice colorful contrast and a great referral.

Hi Achim - it looks like a super interesting place, the whitewashing and the tourists make the atmosphere a bit Disneyfied though, not something I would expect from a relatively untouristed closed country as Libya, the architecture is still a delight.
