Very nice image, I like the good perspection created by the dune, and the contrast of colour between the landscape (desert + mountain) and the blue sky.

Normally I like landscapes without people or things built by them,but here they are verry good for your composition.They,especially the man in the center give a good depth.Well chosen POV and nice colors.

Fantastic perspective along this dune of the desert, fantastic. Perfect exposure, nice division on the shaded and sun-lit part in the forground, and nicely closed scenery with the distant rocks. Naturally, inclusion of the trekkers is most important for scale here. Powerfull, remarkable image.

I like how the compsition lines form a strong 'T' shape by following the steps all the way to the mountain horizon line. The people give a nice sense of scale. Great capture,

Un genre de surf sur le sable Gilbert ?
Pas mal comme compo, elle ne manque pas d'humour.
J'aime cette dune qui partage l'image moitié soleil, moitié ombre.
Une photo hyper nette, un pov un peu funambuliste.
Un magnifique arrière-plan.

I like your composition here with the portrait format exaggerating the depth and distance. The contrast between lit area and shadow is good and well broken up by the foot prints. Good soft lighting and a rather pastel feel to the shot adds good atmosphere.

Another wonderful image from Libya.
Great natural depth in an excellent composition.
Maybe it could have some more contrast and a deeper blue sky (in a worshop), but nevertheless a wonderful picture.

Marcher sur le sable je connais çà est ce n'est pas du tout reposant.

Au risque de paraphraser Didi, j'imagine que ce n'est pas facile de marcher dans le sable (et de rejoindre le groupe après !)

Excellent seen this path Gibert, slightly angled curving at the end but taking us along straight to the mountains along the man searching for his equilibrance in the static center, outstanding compo and colors enhance the mood in this scene a lot.

As you know, I really love these shots of the desert. And with a strong sense of perspective, even better, as it is the case in here. The landscape is very attracive to me and all the people in there, along with the closer one, are a very good addition for the scale and human touch in such an inospit place. Very good vertical composition, which gives more dephness to the image. I would be excited in here. Very well done!

Elles sont chouettes tes photos de Lybie, ici j'aime cette superbe perspective tracee dans le sable qui guide vers la montagne en fond, une compo efficace, je serais tente de cropper a gauche pour faire demarrer la persective dans le coin.

Très sympa cette compo, bien typique de l'ambiance et des jeux que le désert propose. C'est peut être un peu trop centré, mais bon, pourquoi. Les petits marcheurs sont bien utiles pour apprécier la grandeur de l'endroit.

La ligne de fuite créée par les traces de pas sur cette dune donne une belle image. La présence de personnes est un plus.

Quelle composition, ma foi !
Le graphisme de ton image est absolment splendide, et l'équilibre de la composition remarquable. L'ensemble reste cependant dynamique grace à la perspective epoustouflante sur la crete de dune et sa piste de pas. L'arrière plan n'attendait que ça pour se révéler dans sa beauté minérale.

An interesting image of the Libyan desert, Gilbert. I wasn't quite sure at first whether I liked the inclusion of the walkers, but they do give the scene scale, and as the sand has already been disturbed by their footprints, you may as well have them in. It gives a good feel of what it is like to be there. Cheers . . . David

Ce soir, une petite envie d'aller voir de l'inconnu sur ta galerie, j'ai vu Libye... ça m'a fait rêvé et je m'arrête en haut de cette dune. J' ai du mal à imaginer ce que tu ferais aujourd'hui comme photos avec un voyage là-bas... tu en as fait des progrès! mais là, il y a une superbe construction avec ces traces, l'ombre, l'arrête et ses méandres...
Je pense qu'aujourd'hui tu apporterais plus de luminosité, mais c'est tout de même bien beau!
