Photographer’s Note
An these are the main figures of Sudanese Henna Maker. Other than these hand made figures you can find some ready templatess also from market but this way is better. The only problem is the smell that lasts for nearly 3 days :-(

Hello Ebru,
Welcome to TE! I think the henna is very pretty, and it is a good topic for your photo, but it would be nice to have the focus on the henna, and the woman's hands. Keep posting!

Hello Ebru
I actually never heard of Henna before I read the paper today, unluckily it was a bad story about a certain colour of Henna could cause allergic reaction.
What irritated me the most about this article was the photos, it really didn't show all the work that was put into this handycraft, art even.
You ahve managed to put some very good attention to the person behind these hands, showing that simple joy over her beautiful hands but at the same time give a very limited view of her face and thus creating a little mystery.
The use of flash in a dark location isn't always giving the right result, but in this case it works well.
It is giving just the right amount of light to just the right target area and thus adding the great attention that this girl/woman is getting.
Thank you for sharing.

I would like to say Welcome to TE to my dear wife :-)
I give no rating to your photo in order not to effect the fair judgements of others.
Welcome again to TE.
