Photographer's Note
hello,
This is my first photo in TE. With the recommendation of one of my friends in Benghazi I have visited this Sudanese henna maker. While the henna is used before marriage ceremonies mainly in Turkey, in Libya women use henna for beautification. Sudanese henna makers are famous of their hand made henna patterns in Libya. In my next photo I wil try to give more details about the henna maker. Regards

I would like more info on exactly what's going on here. How is the henna made? what is in the plastic? -- I love the look you captured on her face and that you are telling me about something out here in the world that I know nothing about, opening my eyes wider, and what better can a photo do?

Hello Ebru
Your first photo, well then...WELCOME!
I like the general idea for this shot, but I don't feel you have managed to put the right attention to the henna maker.
I'm sounding very teacher like now, but please endure!
Ok, her clothing works well to bring the needed attention to her face. Clothing is not very subtle but still not very flashy.
Open areas all around in the photo, too much I am afraid. Try getting a tighter crop so that more attention is given to the henna maker.
Also, try to clean or at least crop out the "stuff" on the table. It is really stealing the attention and naking the photo look very crowded and noisy.
