This is the SAHARA from my window , its silent and lonely ,
When u be lonly in Desert u cannot hear anythink , its feeling like u r soo lonly (Mr.Lonly)
Cant explain ,
Anyway this place is 1000 km South at Benghazi ,

Hi Cüneyt,
lonely is the right description. Great composition with the dunes and hills in the back and the stones and shadows in front. I must also tell about the great sky with those nice cloud formation.

Gorgeous pov, colors and sharpness! Really wonderful, with the compo done with the stones, the hills and the clouds - that linear one (a jet plane?) is very well positioned.

i know the feelings of what it is like in the middle of the desert- my last saudi assignment was in the iraq-saudi border away from the hassle and dazzle of civilization...it was a punishment! i lasted only for 2 months...i had to say adios amigos! this foto tells the same story where i'd been once!
very clear, sharp with colors of sand and sky in harmony.
thanks for bringing back memories of the desert! careful tho with the snakes and scorpions, cuneyt, ok?......:-)

Nice picture of the desert. Simple composition which does well illustrate the immensity of the place. Colors are great and the details on the ground are very good.
The sky is very blue which I have never seen in the desert where it is more often very light...

Salaam aleikum!

Instead of the Blue Atlantic - a sea of water - I see out of my window, I see here a "sea of sand".

And one other common theme: Contrails!

Perhaps that long trail in the sky makes you long to travel elsewhere ... After all the desert is "wajid harr wa khali!"

Sahara...beauty in desolation, beauty in sand. What a wonderful view! the contrast of the warm colours of the sand with the blue of the sky is beautiful. Add to that that jet trail running in a diagonal. Impressive photography
